Our Employee Safety Process

In addition, to protect the interests of our clients and the safety of our employees, we give every employee a drug screening and physical before employment.

After we hire an employee, we thoroughly train them in such areas as:

Perimeter safety lines, guardrails, and safety harnesses and lines
Crane safety and hand signals
Scaffolds Electrical equipment, safety hazards
High Voltage Act Fire protection and use of fire equipment

Company Safety Policies and OSHA General Housekeeping Policies

We also employ a full-time safety coordinator to oversee jobsite safety inspections and safety training.

This professional has completed applicable training in safety and safety instruction by OSHA as well as the Washington Metropolitan Area Construction Safety Association, Inc.

Our safety coordinator holds weekly and monthly meetings to review our safety training programs, and we conduct mandatory safety training for all employees each year with periodic updates.
